Recognition of humanist marriages
Since 2016, we have married more than 2,200 couples. Humanist ceremonies already have legal status in Norway, Sweden, Scotland, Ireland, and Iceland. We strive for what has already become meaningful to many people in Lithuania to be legally recognized as well.

Freedom to love
We invite wedding professionals and welcome same-sex couples to celebrate their union. For now, it is symbolic, but no less meaningful.
We support couples who know better than anyone the significance of legal signatures on a marriage certificate, yet choose each other every day without them. Having created and recounted over 2200 personal love stories, we know that marriage is not just about signatures on a marriage certificate, but also about thoughtful promises to one another and a declared decision by both to go through life together and celebrate the relationship that has been created.
Our aims are:
to reduce the discrimination experienced by same-sex couples;
to increase the visibility of same-sex couples in society;
to legalise marriage for same-sex couples.
