General provisions

These Donation Rules (hereinafter – the Rules) sets out the procedure for providing assistance by Public Institution „Ambassadors of Humanistic Ideas“ (HIA), legal entity code 305485539 on the website hia.lt (hereinafter - the Website).

2. Methods of providing services

Support for HIA can be provided in the following ways:

Online banking assistance.
Bank card payment.
By bank transfer to the organisation's account.
By the payment methods indicated on the website.

Donations can be made using Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele and Šiaulių Bankas electronic banking services. Donations are possible in euro currency (EUR). Payments are processed using the MakeCommerce payment platform.

3. Wheelchair access

Grant funding is used for the implementation of HIA's operational objectives, including:

• the dissemination of humanist ideas;
• public education;
• strengthening of human rights and freedoms;
• development of access to humanist ceremonies;
• projects and initiatives undertaken by the organisation.

4. Refund policy

Charity is the voluntary and unpaid allocation of funds to an organisation.

If the payment was made in error or for the wrong amount, the donor may contact us by email labas@hia.lt for 14 calendar days from the date of payment. Each request is considered individually.

Monies are non-refundable in cases where the donation was made knowingly and the payment was properly confirmed by the donor.

5. Personal Data Protection

The personal data of contributors is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and the organisation's privacy policy. The data is used solely for the purposes of support administration, accounting, and fulfilling legal obligations.
