During the colder seasons, a ceremony doesn't necessarily have to be held indoors, but if you decide to have a fabulous „I do“ amidst snowy drifts, don't forget to ensure both your comfort and that of all your guests 🧣. Warn them in advance that the ceremony will be held outdoors so they can prepare for any weather conditions 🌬. Also, you can arrange for heaters, gloves 🧤, blankets, umbrellas 🌂, or hot drinks while waiting for the ceremony to begin and afterwards ☕.
Consider the ceremony venue decor carefully 🪞. If the ceremony is to take place in early autumn, when the tree leaves are still red 🍂, and the weather is clear, you might not need much decoration for such a ceremony – simply make use of nature's gifts 🍁! However, if the ceremony is organised later, you might not necessarily get fluffy white snow, so cosy ceremony details would liven up a gloomy winter day: candles 🕯, blankets, winter greenery 🌲, sparklers 🎇, charming inscriptions, or warm-coloured lighting 🏮. Since it gets dark quite early in the cold season, plenty of lights can illuminate the ceremony venue (a reminder that officiants read from sheets, so good lighting is important for them).
